15 Promotional-Sales Agents to staff FUNDRAISING Events!


Are you working the same old restaurant or promotions job and you`re looking for a change? Have you been a server or bartender in the service industry and you`re ready to transfer your skills into an exciting new field? This holiday season make a career move that will help shape your life in a new direction!


Here at Montreal`s finest event and promotions company, Synergie, we are preparing for our busiest season: the holidays! We are seeing 15-20 new candidates who can help to staff our small scale promotional fundraising and toy drive events, which take place across the greater Montreal area at local venues, retailers, malls and holiday fairs. It is out in the public where we provide our direct marketing service of meeting and greeting customers and clients to deliver the important messages of our special non-profit clients.
Since we work in the public eye candidates must be able to talk openly and freely with hundreds of customers in a face-to-face forum, be able to use marketing and sales techniques to help fundraise, and finally be able to work effectively in teams.

Please note there will be no door to door, business to business or telemarketing involved. All of our promotional events are held at live on-site events across Montreal.

Opportunity for Advancement:
Those who excel in the aforementioned roles will be promoted into a Junior Management or Team Lead faculty where they will be responsible to manage different events across Montreal, teach and train newer candidates, as well as helping management staff to interview on behalf of the company. Finally, management staff will also be looking to train some of our Junior Managers into an Executive Management role by summer 2012.

RESTRICTIONS:
• Must be available a minimum of 3 full days a week OR full time - full time candidates will be given priority!
• Must live in or near the Ville Saint Laurent are where our office is located
• Must have access to a vehicle a minimum of 3 days per week
• Must be capable of speaking both French and English with ease
• Must be able to work in the public!
