Account Manager : Montreal

Our client, a company with offices all over the world, providing Licensed and non-Licensed apparel to its customers as well as various types of apparel to international retailers is looking for an Account Manager to coordinate customer developments.
You will be responsible to communicate all activities connected to the customer Development & Production status
Get design information and draft order from customer/sales department including lead time
Follow-up the development tasks, update customers and sales for any exception of schedule.
Weekly contact with marketing and sales department, providing updates for development status and timetable schedules
Update Head Designer and V.P for any cost effects due to developments changes
Update Head Designer and V.P for any quality issue that rose during the development process
Provide customer production standards to Quality control manager and production team
Collaborate with Head Designer to build customer`s presentations based on customer`s requirements or based on the company in house collection

Requirement:
Experience in a similar role
