Compassionate caregiver/nurse`s aid : PAB : Montreal, QC

My name is Patricia and I am a trained and devoted caregiver/nurse`s aid (PAB) who loves taking care of the elderly, people who are sick and people living with disabilities.

I have six years of experience as a caregiver and nurse`s aid, in private homes, retirement homes as well as hospital centers. Moreover, I recently completed a six month Nurse`s aid course in 2010, which covered theory, practice as well as CPR and PDSB.

In addition to this experience and training, I am a warm, caring and patient person. I am a reliable and hard worker, and I work well on my own as well as part of a team. I speak English fluently, with a functional level of French.

Some activities I like to do with those I am caring for: go for walks, go to the shopping mall or other outings, play cards and other games, read to them (magazines, books, etc.) as well as anything else their heart desires! I can also help prepare meals, keep the house neat and tidy, and accompany people to different appointments (medical, hairdressers, etc).
