Notre client, une entreprise bien établie dans le secteur de l`immobilier, invite un(e) comptable aux immobilisations à rejoindre ses bureaux du Vieux-Montréal.

Description du poste :

- Gérer le cycle comptable de a à z
- Préparer et analyser les états financiers
- Vous occuper de la gestion des baux
- Préparer les rapports TPS/TVQ
- Prendre soin de la facturation des locataires
- Préparer les prévisions et les budgets
- Préparer les dossiers de vérification de fin d`année

Critères d`embauche :

- DEC ou baccalauréat en comptabilité
- 4 ans d`expérience professionnelle pertinente
- Bagage dans le secteur de l`immobilier (un « incontournable »)
- Bilinguisme (français/anglais), à l`oral comme à l`écrit
- Talent pour la communication et entregent
- Minutie

Job Description:

- Manage the accounting cycle from A to Z
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Be responsible for lease administration
- Prepare GST/QST reports
- Take care of tenant invoicing
- Be responsible for forecasting and budget preparation
- Prepare year-end audit files

Job Requirements:

- DEC or Bachelor`s degree in Accounting
- 4 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in real estate industry (a must)
- Bilingualism (French/English), both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
