YES, a non-profit organization providing English-language employment and self-employment services is looking for a
Curriculum Development Specialist/Business Coach
The candidate will develop syllabus, presentations, evaluations, establish program outlines and `how to` manuals; in addition to delivering workshops. The candidate will also provide one-on-one coaching to start-ups and existing business in Montreal and in the different Quebec regions. Occasional evening work and travel are required.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Developing syllabus, presentations, evaluations, establishing program outlines and `how to` manuals; in addition to delivering workshops. The candidate will also provide one-on-one coaching to start-ups and existing businesses in Montreal and in the different Quebec regions. Occasional evening work and travel are required.

REQUIREMENTS

 Business degree and/or equivalent experience required
 Demonstrated success in quality curriculum development
 Excellent project management skills
 Strong English writing and communication skills
 Organized, detail-oriented
 Strong interpersonal skills
 Must enjoy working with people, with a positive, supportive approach
 Knowledge of doing business in the Quebec regions an asset
 Computer literate
 Bilingualism
