Are you up for the challenge?

In business for over 13 years as a Telecom reseller, we are expanding and are looking for an experienced, fully bilingual, qualified Customer Service/Provisioning agent to join its team.

You will use the necessary skills, knowledge and tools to interact with national carriers and external customers in order to activate the (different) connection(s) of the customer and / or to solve provisioning problems and to increase the customer satisfaction. You are familiar with standard operating procedures, provisioning, and test & turn up process.



You possess:

- Over 3 years of experience within a customer service or a back office environment;
- A good knowledge of internet and telecom industries;
- An eye for detail and know how to take responsibility for the follow-up;
- A good listening and communication skills in both English and French.


You are:
