Job Description:
• Inside sales and customer support by telephone from our Montreal office
• Research, qualify and assign inbound leads
• Conduct effective prospecting activities through outbound calling, follow-up with leads, setting `next step` appointments, etc. . .
• Deliver web based product demonstrations and materials to close new business and increase revenues
• Provide continuous correspondence with business prospects to reinforce and sell the value of the company`s solution
• Communicate with the software development team on all customer enhancement requests and feedback from our community
• Assist with functionality testing to validate business requirements
• Post and pre-sales support

General criteria:
• Perfect English written and spoken
• Bachelor degree
• Experience selling software solutions would be an asset
