Customer Service/receptionist : west island

I am presently looking for employment in the customer service field. I am a very hard worker, and eager worker. My C.V. gets me all kinds of interviews, but I choke at the interviews. I come off as shy and not outgoing. Or just nuts.Not the case at all!! I am honest and don`t feel like lying to get a job. I love working in customer service and working with the public. When I am at work, it is my job to be outgoing and super friendly. Like an actress going on stage. I preform best in stressful situations, but feel insecure during the interviews. I have worked as a manager and held the interviews just fine. Dealt with the product reps, customers, deliverers and even my bosses once I felt excepted.
