Our client is a medium-sized firm with impressive and out-of-the-box creative strategies in print advertising, client event management, promotional programmes and other offline marketing initiatives. They are now looking for a Digital Marketing Aficionado to mirror the company`s solid offline presence through the new wave of digital marketing platforms. If you have developed a true passion in all things digital, both on a professional level and via building your personal online brand, then we need to hear from you. You will work alongside the Marketing Manager in bringing the company to the next level of exposure and strategic positioning. As your plan of action is implemented, your role may blossom into building an entire digital department and hiring key resources around yourself. Here are the tasks you can expect to take on in this role: - Building a solid presence via key social media channels: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, corporate blog by utilizing the Hubspot software - Crafting online lead generation campaigns - Running SEO, SEM and email marketing campaigns, as well as analyzing results of all of your initiatives - Reviewing the website, providing recommendations and acting as a key member of the team responsible for the e-commerce portion of the site - Giving presentations to the Management Team on social media and projects you implement, hosting lunch & learns - Acting as a key liaison with freelancers ? graphic designers, translators or other resources you require to achieve full completion of your strategic initiatives The core competencies we are looking for are: - Flawless command of the English language - 2-8 years of experience in digital marketing with an advanced knowledge of key tools and fundamental principles - A true idea generator ? someone ready to inspire, lead and influence - Strong personal presence online on Twitter and/or via blogging - Interest in a role that consists of strategic planning, as well as hands on involvement in building an online presence of a brand The position is full-time and permanent. Proposed compensation is up to $50,000 per annum (potentially flexible for a candidate with stronger competencies than those outlined), as well as full benefits.
