Field Service Representative - Quebec : Boucherville

Growing Retail company requires a Field Service Representative for Quebec.

Field Service Representatives (FSR) are the in-store Brand Ambassadors for our retail product, responsible for providing excitement and brand value to retailers & consumers through merchandising, product knowledge and training.

The FSR ensures the product is displayed in line with our merchandising & brand standards and leads the product knowledge and training of retailer employees within a defined territory.

Also works with marketing & sales executing special in-store events and marketing programs & promotional/event support.

Ability to work both independently & build strong relationships and have a collaborative approach.

Must be comfortable presenting in front of various levels of employees and size of groups.

Excellent organisational and computer skills (Microsoft Office required).

Ability to work non-conventional hours including nights and weekends (not a 9-5 position).

Merchandising, customer service training or retail/hospitality experience helpful.

Travel required within their territory & approximately 25% travel may be required within Canada and potentially US.
