Freelance Conference Producer

NCS Madison currently has a requirement for an experienced, results orientated, freelance Conference Producer to develop a high impact agenda for an exciting new conference format.

The role requires strong research, analytical, copywriting and senior level speaker invitation and confirmation skills. A portfolio of successful events; a clear understanding of what makes an conference agenda appealing and; the ability to convince and persuade senior level business executives are more important than specific sector knowledge.

Working closely with one of the experienced Company Directors you will be responsible for developing CxO level conference agendas from initial concept brief through to completed programme, ensuring commercial appeal to an identified target audience.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, confident, goal orientated and determined to excel.

Please note that a strong track record in conference agenda production is required for this role, without which applications will not be considered. We are looking to work with an experienced freelance conference producer, but would consider hiring as a permanent position.
