McVae 16 currently being rebuilt in new condition. The McVae is a very stable and safe boat made for coastal dinghy sailing. Myself at 156 lbs can stand on the gunny without the boat tipping over. This is a great boat for learning and a safe boat for family. As is right now $900.00 non negotiable with original sails. This boat was built in MahoneBay Nova Scotia in the late 60`s. The boat is in fine seaworthy condition but I am currently fixing it up to improve the speed and look. The boat is at the Point Picard Yacht Club. I can even teach you to sail it if you`d like.
