Sales Supervisor

A thriving mid-sized company (with 70-employees and growing rapidly) located in the heart of Downtown has an immediate opening for an energetic, sales-driven and inspiring leader. In this role, you will be overseeing a team of 3 reps and will continuously grow the team as per operational requirements. This team focuses on dealing with existing accounts and negotiating new accounts (no cold calling). Your time will be divided equally between team supervision and account management. More specifically, you will take on the following tasks:

Team Supervision:

-          Coaching your team and assisting your staff to achieve sales quotas and objectives

-          Motivating account managers

-          Participating in the hiring process

-          Implementing structure, new processes and evaluation methods

Account Management:

-          Proactively following up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction

-          Renewing agreements and negotiating terms

-          Managing a personal sales quota

Do you believe in leading by example? Here is the experience required for this role:

-          3-7 years of experience in tele-sales dealing with small to mid-sized businesses selling to business owners

-          Experience working on small sales team in non-structured environments

-          1+ year (s) of experience working as a team lead / managing staff

-          Fluency in English (French is a strong asset).
