Solution Architect : SaaS [#370] : Montreal

Our client, a well-established start-up leader in its industry, is looking for a Solution Architect with experience in a SaaS environment.

Responsibilities:

• Drive all aspects of our SaaS architecture, both functional and non-functional
• Define and implement SaaS design principles, coding standards, reviews, and best practices for an agile development environment
• Actively contribute to defining and documenting specifications; developing and testing code; and diagnosing and resolving issues in other words, be involved hands-on
• Work with the leadership team to build a winning e-Signature Service Roadmap and ensure we meet our business and revenue objectives
• Collaborate with the Project Manager in building a world-class R&D Team
• Create an innovative technology vision to further our market leadership.

Prérequis/Requirements

• DEC/BAC in IT or equivalent
• 10+years of experience in IT
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Experience architecting and delivering reliable, available, scalable, secure, high-end SaaS solutions for processing large transaction volumes
• Excellent understanding of cloud architectures for high-end SaaS solutions
• Broad Web technology experience (JEE, Ruby, PHP, REST, SQL, .NET, C++, etc.)
• Consistently meeting service roadmap deliveries with high-quality on budget, on time
• Great affinity with usability and designing exceptional user experiences
• Ability to work closely with the entire SaaS team technical, business, and operations
• Extreme integrity, honesty, openness, and respect to others
• Strong strategic sense with high energy, creativity, and a singular mindset to win
• Persistence, team-oriented capable to succeed in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Excellent listening, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ideally bilingual (English a must, French an asset)
