Job Description
As the Sourcing / Research and Development you will inquire costs for all styles, Organize factory audits, take care of fabric testing, track samples, follow up with factories with sample request, and look for new factories to work with.

Job Responsibilities
Job responsibility will be:

• Test fabrics
• Take care of all audits with factories
• Order all samples
• Prepare weekly reports
• Communicate with the U.S office and Asian factories
• Make sure invoices are paid on time
• Make sure you come up with solutions when products are not ready to be shipped
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be:
Highly motivated and Enthusiastic
Minimum of 5years related experience in the garment industry.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast pace environment
Excellent organizational skills
Must know how to priorities their work.
