TECHNICAL SUPPORT POSITION : Montreal

Founded in 2003, eXplorance provides numerous organizations with Web-enabled software for enterprise-class feedback management. Our software is seen by over 3.7 million users worldwide.

We are presently seeking a Technical Support Representative whose main responsibilities will include case handling, customer relation management, and ensuring a high level of customer focus throughout our organization.


Required qualifications
• A Microsoft-based technical background (working knowledge of SQL and Windows Servers)
• Strong communication skills in both English and French
• Strong analysis & summary skills
• Assertiveness & teamwork skills


Sought characteristics
• A post-secondary degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Knowledge of human resource concepts (360, appraisal)
• Additional languages (Arabic, Spanish, Mandarin, other)
