Our client is currently looking for a Technical Support Representative to assist in supporting the IT needs within their head office.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows Operating Systems and Mac OS.
• Provide first level technical support to end users for software and hardware issues.
• Experience in PC configuration, troubleshooting software and hardware problems, setting up new PC`s and maintaining the inventory of all hardware and software.
• Experience in replacing parts on both desktop and laptop computers.
• Experience in configuring Blackberries and iPads, as well as troubleshooting is an asset.
• Assist in supporting the retail department and stores regarding hardware and software issues, as well as new cash/POS and workstation installation for the store.
• Familiarity with working in a network environment.


Must have the ability to think logically and work independently as a team player within a fast-paced environment. Be reliable and pose excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

• DEC in relevant field and 1-2 years equivalent work experience.

Certifications: (Optional but an asset):

A+ Certifications
Microsoft Certified Professional
