Technical support Specialist : Montreal

You are flexible to work days, evenings and weekends (24/7 environment)?
You have strong communication skills in English with a good level of French (conversational)?
You have customer service experience in the technical field?

Our client is looking for a technical support specialist with excellent customer service skills on a contractual basis (one year contract with possibility of renewal).

Your responsibilities:
* Answering incoming customer calls
* Troubleshooting
* Entering information in the incident tracking software
* Assisting Field Engineers with Hardware and Software problems
* Ordering parts and dispatching Technicians

Requirements:
* DEC or AEC in a relevant technical field and 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience
* Must be available 24/7
* Technical Background
* Knowledge of Hardware (PC Assembly, PC Components)
* Knowledge of Networking
* Good Knowledge of Windows NT
* Reliable and organized team player.
