Dans ce rôle, relevant du contrôleur, vous ferez partie d`une équipe de comptables couvrant plusieurs responsabilités dont les comptes à payer et à recevoir et aider à la préparation des budgets et à la préparation des états financiers.

Notre client, une entreprise bien établie dans le secteur alimentaire, est actuellement à la recherche d`un(e) technicien(ne) principal(e) à la comptabilité pour son bureau au centre-ville / est.

Critères d`embauche :

-DEC ou BAC requis
-3 ans d`expérience dans un poste similaire
-Expérience en secteur alimentaire un atout
-Bilinguisme
-Connaissance du logiciel Excel

Description du poste :

-Responsable pour les écritures de journal
-Comptes à payer et à recevoir
-Analyser les comptes de grand livre
-Conciliation bancaire
-Aider à la préparation des budgets
-Conciliation des comptes du grand livre
-Préparation des rapports gouvernementaux (TQS/TVQ)
-Aider à la préparation des états financiers

Reporting directly to the Controller, you will be an integral part of the financial team with responsibilities covering the full accounts payable and receivable cycle, assisting with the preparation of budgets and assisting with the preparation of financial statements.

Our client is a well established company in the food industry looking to hire a Senior Accounting Technician for their office in Downtown/ East.

Job Requirements :

-DEC or BAC required
-3 years of pertinent experience
-Experience in the food industry an asset
-Experience with Excel
-Bilingualism

Job Description :

-Responsible for various journal entries
-Responsible for general ledger analysis
-Responsible for accounts payable and receivable
-Bank reconciliation
-Assist with the preparation of budgets
-General Ledger accounts reconciliation
-Government reports preparation (GST/QST)
-Assist in the preparation of financial statements
