Vintage Tomy Owl Clock. This is a teaching toy which helps one learn to tell time. There are 2 buttons, push one and it changes the time. Push the other and the owl`s eyes fly open to reveal the time. This toy was issued around 1975 and is in good working condition. Nice collectible also.
