Position Overview

To establish and maintain a winning team of employees dedicated to servicing our customers and their properties that exceeds expectations. Provides input to senior managers that aids in development of strategic operational plans associated with the dispatching and scheduling of your direct reports.

Responsibilities

As a Production Manager, you will supervise a staff of 5 to 20 persons in a fast paced customer service environment. You will ensure that your Customer Service Technicians meet and exceed our high standards for excellent customer service and quality of work. You will be responsible for maintaining and executing our service schedules according to business plan. You are responsible for coordinating efficiently and cooperatively with other departments. Your daily tasks will include hiring, training and motivating your production staff and maintain a safe and energetic work environment. Promote Company Culture throughout your direct reports.

Education and Experience Requirements

Complete bilingualism (written and oral)
University or College Education
Practical business experience also considered
Extensive experience in a customer service environment
Excellent communication, motivational skills
Knowledge of Microsoft office, access, excel, word, and windows
Strong management skills and the ability to lead 5-20 PPL
Ability to follow and execute a business plan, decision making
Organize, plan and problem solve at a management level
